Joseph Farah WorldNet Daily Right Wing Madman Inciting Treason and Violence

By Mike Hammer (alias the peasant)

There is a political discourse by which opposing views are considered and there is outright jihad where there is only one view and the unbelievers are put to the sword. Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily has taken up the sword as avenging angel of the extreme right and is looking to extract the wrath of god on his own country.

Over my lifetime, the opposition party to the elected president might go as far to say the incumbent is a fool, stupid, incompetent, corrupt, or lacked compassion, but I’ve never seen the opposition wholeheartedly proclaim anything as insidious as this:

“The Obama administration is more dangerous to America in many ways than any terrorist organization. What this cabal is doing to the country in stripping it of its most cherished values, its basic morality, its foundation on the rule of law, its liberties and its economy is more devastating than anything Mohammed and his zealots could have ever imagined.”

This sample of extremist republican rhetoric has been ongoing nonstop since Obama was sworn in and has now reached the level of hysteria. Timothy McVeigh type ideologues feed off this stuff like vampires and are encouraged to action. That’s in normal times, but in this time of severe economic hardship closely following the loss of trillions of dollars of net worth, and with no hope of recovery in sight, the potential for serious violence or political upheaval is very real.

Joe Farah is fanning the flames of hysteria to provoke upheaval even if it means violence. What is he preaching: Obama is a terrorist; he has undermined the country in ways more powerful than an actual terrorist could ever imagine, and he’s done it intentionally. Seems like Joe has convened his own ad hoc military tribunal and has rendered his judgment. Obama is a terrorist and we know what the sentence for that is.

Only he can’t carry out the sentence. I think he’s trolling for executioners. He’s put out the call for justice, who among his adherents will answer the call. And we know they are out there. There are plenty of recruits.

In a country seeking solutions from either party we get the final solution from Joe. It’s not based on economic theory or pragmatism it’s based on hatred and revenge. But he reaches his conclusions over a presidency that has had little time to affect much of anything. Not much has changed since Obama took office. The economy was stabilized and that was the one thing that absolutely had to happen. But beyond that everything is pretty much the same. Why this irrational response to a man who has done virtually nothing.

It’s his mere existence that is repulsive to Joe Farah. It’s the stereotype of the black liberal a picture so vile to the right that they can’t find the adjectives in the dictionary that would adequately express their disgust, loathing, and hatred for this segment of our society.

The words don’t exist but comparisons do: Hitler, Islamic Terrorist, Mohammed, Satan, and The Joker, among others. One man all of these things, possessed by legion, many demons not just the one or two  most us have to deal with.

The American ship was sinking but the holes have been plugged and the damage now needs to be repaired. To jump right into mutiny at this point will only exacerbate the crisis. Besides, the republican right, the party of no, has no solutions to offer so what would be the point of putting them back in charge.

Hatred breeds more hatred and a confrontation between the parties is just wasting time. Violence is just plain stupid and destructive hurting innocent and decent people. Calmness in the face of calamity is what’s needed. Obama is the face of calmness and reason. That is the approach we need right now.

Joe has dug in his ideological heels in a time of rapid change. Circumstances blew right by him. Stubborn, he refuses to move and holds his breath till his face turns purple just like the child that he is. The tide is against him but he swims into it anyway. To him it’s all a matter of good versus evil. To the rest of us it’s a matter of changing course because we were headed down the wrong road.

So Joe, just who is the terrorist here? Seems like you’re the one seeking to stir up the lunatics. You’re the one trying to undermine a duly elected president. You’re the one trying to bring the government to its knees. You’re the one suggesting secession. You’re the one who’s up to no good.

You go too far and have crossed over the line from dissent into madness. You need to stop before you incite treason and violence. There is a point where free speech becomes criminal like in inciting a riot. You have become dangerous, but I suspect you’d take that as a compliment.

  1. What a laugh this article is. I remember vividly all the things the left called Bush when he was president; “Hitler” was a favorite if I remember correctly.

As soon as I saw “…discourse by WITCH opposing views…” in the first sentence, I realized the rest of the article could only go downhill. I was correct.

You Liberals are great at twisting and perverting facts; what Farrah said about Obama was the truth, and you Liberals can’t handle that! Burry your heads back into the sand. No! We do not carry pitchforks.

This President, Reid and Pelosi need to properly be tried for Treason, and when found guilty of treason and of the additional crime of subverting the Constitution, hanged until their entrails fall out. Unfortunately Congress did away with the death penalty, so all that can be done is hang them in effigy. Life imprisonment just doesn’t seem adequate.

In ancient Rome their heads would already be on a pike as warning to future generations of what not to do when in power.

    Mr Hammer,

Your article is typical liberal emotion based pabulum

When Mr. Farah makes an accusation, he backs it up with specifics. The left seems all too content to stick with vile personal attacks and name calling (see above post).

You would be taken more seriously if you would rebut Mr. Farah’s specifics with specifics of your own.

This article gives credibility to what some Americans have suspected and now more and more are confirming: there is not a dime of difference between the Democratic and Republican parties.

The disinformers who want to maintain the oligarchy’s status quo fear people like Mr. Farah, who is strongly opposing the totalitarian shift in this country. But Farah’s criticism of Mr. Obama is not very different from his criticism of Mr. Bush. The only problem is that he does not do it from a hypocritical partisan from of view (like Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity) — and that’s something Mr. Hammer the peasant does not like.

Was this written about President Bush and the looney left? SO, let me get this straight, a serious evaluation of his policies and we are inciting violence? You want nothing more than to squelch opposition by throwing out a bogus “inciting violence” possibility. Well, we put up with your side spewing venom for years. I don’t see Mr. Farah saying things about bho that your side said about George W. Bush. GO SUCK A LEMON!

A very wordy piece, though short on logic.

    Let’s see if I understand….

    Summarizing Hammer:

    1. Criticism of Obama is racism.

    2. Criticism of Obama is treason.

    3. Criticism of Obama is inciteful.

    4. Criticism of Obama is violence.

    5. Criticism of Obama is hatred.

I guess that Hammer feels that criticism of Farah is none of these things.

Does the Constitution mean anything to you Hammer? It is the only thing keeping you the peasant free. Only a fool would believe Obama has Constitutional motives in mind as he sets out to destroy all that is American.

I for one will fight to the death for the Constitution and all that it statnds for. The treason is being committed on a daily basis by the left wing. We will try to restore Constitutional principals within the current system but when that reaches the point of futility (and it’s getting close)force will be necessary!

Pity you couldn’t analyse the arguments and review the evidence Farah provided, such as Obama giving convicted Islamic 9/11 people-killers another chance, instead of doing just what you accused Farah of doing: summary, mindless judgment!

  11. rolszewski

Is it a laugh? Or is Hammer correct? Farah himself has affirmed how much he hates the President.

Roberts thinks that two wrongs make a right. There were those who disliked Bush and called him names, so now it is appropriate to vilify Obama. A nice Christian attitude, eh?

I do disagree with Hammer on one thing. Farah is not a madman. He is quite sane. He knows exactly what he is doing, he wants to spread his message of hatred as widely as he can. Farah would very much like to see one of the genuine madmen who hang on his every word do violence against the President, and if that dream of Farah’s came true, he’d be ecstatic.

This article is a joke. The Obummer Admin is the ones trying to change our Constitution. Obummer is the one who is trying to take away our Freedom of Speech, our rights to Bear Arms, our Freedom of Regligion. Giving illegels citizenship rights. What BS. There is one thing that needs to be done, “Wheres The Birth Certificate”? Obummer is not even a legal citizen. If he is then why doesn’t he prove it instead of hiding everything. Our Commander-in-chief is Sqwater-in-chief.

Are you for real? This tortured logic is the same lame reasoning that comes from the left, as it fills it’s shoes with the water it passes, every day in a henny penny like flurry of panic as it claims ‘the sky is falling’ and Al Gore needs your money to ‘fix’ it.

What a load of crap! I can’t believe the left is wringing it’s hands over this kind of fantasy when we have real issues that need serious attention. Stay away from sci-fi TV for a while and in the mean time try to educate your self a bit.

what a knee slapper of a “news article”. Real bird cage liner material here. Common fair from the wonderfully deluded world of American Journalism. People take T.V. evangelists more seriously. I wonder if this slob needs a dictionary to acquaint himself with what “extremist” and “rhetoric” actually mean. Why not Lexus-Nexus “George Bush” and peruse a moment some of the wonderful things his ilk wrote and said about the last sitting President. Methinks he suffers from selective memory if nothing else. But hey, why would anyone in this day and age believe the Constitution could put relevant boundaries on politicians anymore? What this sissy hack is TRYING to say is, he thinks patriotic citizens are waking up and it looks like they aren’t willing to play along any longer. And, on that, he’s right. Did I mention that we have guns too? Oh, the horror of an armed free man determined to remain free. Your marxist Coup d etat is failing. You just might have woken up enough sleepers with your over reaching to have enough momentum for a hard swing back towards how the founders intended this representative republic to actually work. Now wouldn’t that make you fops wail and gnash your teeth? I’m giddy thinking about it. Sleep tight out there yellow bellies. The melting pot is at a roiling boil out HERE. DELICIOUS!!!

That’s an Obamaboy! Disagree with his master and, poof, you must hate him! For a guy calling for calm and reasonableness, declaiming Joseph Farah guilty of “Inciting to Riot” and dangerous. Those are pretty strong conclusions for a supposed writer who doesn’t know the difference between ‘which’ wnd ‘witch!’ Farah has said little that left wingers have not said about George Bush. I know, that’s all right because Bush really was a bad president, right? Tell me, is it worse for the government to be on it’s knees to the citizens who elected it than to have it’s nose in the Japanese Emperor’s crotch?

Well, Mr. Mike Hammer… The only thing you forgot to say in your article was, “America represents the most free and open society in all of history, and even though I do not agree with what Mr. Farah writes about I will defend his right to say what he believes.”

Instead, like all good ‘Liberals’ with severely low self-esteem issues, you rant that Mr. Farah’s words will somehow be the source of future violence against the man who calls himself POTUS?? You seek to villify, denegrate, and marginalize the ‘Messenger’ (Mr. Farah), while (not-so) subtly evading any comment on the merit of the MESSAGE.. Namely, that the actions of Barack Obama are, each and every one, actions that one would expect from someone who hated America and the American Constitutional system of government, and are for the purpose of bringing radical change that would replace the Republic with a Marxist/Socialist tyranny known as the supreme ‘Nanny’ State.

Such denigration and marginalization by liberal know-it-all’s is typically a stall tactic until you can figure out a way to ban all such opposition to your way of thinking.

Why didn’t I read anything about how the most flamming of liberals are ranting and slobbering at the mouth over Sarah Palin and her new book, calling for her to be tied up and muzzled, or even victimized by some fringe lunitic, dope smoking, liberal who is driven to violence by such claims of danger this woman represents??? WHY is Sarah Palin dangerous to Liberals?? She isn’t running for anything. She can’t pass any legislation, and all she talks about is the teachings of past historial persons and the principles that led to the creation of our Constitution? Oh yea, she talks about how some of you liberals preach exactly the opposite of our forefathers value system.

Why didn’t you talk about how liberals demonize Glen Beck and Rush Limbaugh to the point of calling for violent action to stop conservative talk radio?? Why isn’t this equally as likely to promote violence?

Oh yea, forgot, you’re a liberal… you only believe one way, and the words ‘double standard’ aren’t in your vocabulary..

I don’t believe a word you talked about, Mike Hammer, but unlike you, I will respect and defend your right to say and believe what you wish…

I hope “Franklin David Marks,” if he is actually a physician and not just adding that after his name trying to impress, knows more about medicine than he does about the law.

    1. Treason is the hardest federal crime for a prosecution to prove. The Rosenbergs, Aldrich Ames, and others were convicted of espionage, not treason, because of the very high burden of proof required for conviction on that charge.

    2. Congress did not abolish the death penalty for federal crimes. There are any number of persons on federal death row awaiting execution.

    3. Marks should stick to passing out APCs, if qualified to do so.

What a laugh this article is. I remember vividly all the things the left called Bush when he was president; “Hitler” was a favorite if I remember correctly.
    ——

I did not vote for Obama by the way. However, there is one glaring difference here. Obama’s only relation to Hitler is through Brzezinski and the Rockefeller family, through the CFR (every candidate in both parties was a CFR member except for I think Kucinich, Gravel, and Ron Paul). Rockefeller and Standard Oil backed Hitler with money, oil, and technology to turn coal into gasoline to fuel planes. Standard got around US bans on subsidizing Nazis by using his South American branches. The CEO was called up *literally* on treason charges, by the Senate and by Harry S. Truman. Standard was one of many companies that traded with the Third Reich.

The American Christian Right was also avidly pro-Hitler, the Angel, the Man of God, who would defend the world from Socialism and from Jews. Wall Street’s support was quiet, covert, and direct.

Bush on the other hand, his Grandfather Prescott was part of the New York-based cabal that financed Hitler. Prescott worked for Harriman, and indirectly for Rockefeller. So the Bush-Hitler connection has blood ties.

Obama’s connection to Hitler is only that he worked for the CIA in the 80s, ran covert operations in Pakistan with his mother the “anthropologist” during the Afghan War (when Carter, Reagan, Bush, Brzezinski, and the Christian Right supported the Taliban), and found himself a favorite of Wall Street bond traders and the Trilateral Commission and CFR big shots.

Marxist? That’s a joke. Worse than a joke, it’s intentional diversion. We could use a little more actual Marxism in this country. The working man needs a break, just as the working class did in England and all of Europe and Russia when Marx and Engels were writing.

Instead we have an Oligarchy, rule by the Rich, by the wealthy capitalists who rely, as ALWAYS, on government subsidies and protectionism, on patents and special rights and corporate law, to protect their riches from economic democracy, while the small entrepreneurs and workers get the shaft.

Yes, it’s sort of like a dictatorship, by committee, but Marxist it’s far from that.

    ——

I don’t think Obama serving the super rich is good for America. I think these things border on Treason: TARP, created by Bush and extended by Obama, appointing former NY Fed chief Geithner who oversaw the looting during the Bush era and Greenspan to be head of the US Treasury, appointing some 20 reps from Goldman-Sachs and former Clintonites like Rubin and Summers who looted Russia of it’s wealth and forced ordinary Russians into literal starvation, to now run America’s economic policies, and much more like that.

However, all that was ostensibly LEGAL. The President can appoint who he wants. And few people on the Right are sane enough to care about that anyhow. They are more worried about someone getting food stamps, at least if they are non-white and on food stamps.

Congress approved TARP, albeit with a lot of arm-twisting by Obama and threats by Bush of imposing Martial Law and threats of complete economic breakdown — even though they didn’t even tap into the first raft of government handouts for months.

Yes, the bankers gave themselves massive bonuses, Hank Paulson bailed out AIG so they could hand the money to Hank Paulson’s old company Goldman, but Congress and Geithner left the terms open, so AIG chiefs and Goldman execs were legally permitted to write themselves massive bonuses on their “profits”.

Sure, Goldman drove up housing costs and they and Wall Street jacked up energy costs by speculating on Oil and Gas Futures Contracts, but they did so legally. The CFTC didn’t stop other companies from relocating to London to evade US securities laws. Sure, they lobbied to get rid of Glass-Stegal, and to quash oversight from any government agency charged with oversight. They pushed to loosen banking regulations, so they could create “balloon” mortgages for unqualified borrowers, so they could help real estate flippers “flip” houses and condos and office buildings, so they could borrow money on non-existent collateral, so they could write “insurance” (CDS’s) on investments with no capital base to back the contracts.

But all that was LEGAL, and it happened under Clinton, Bush, and Obama. Some of it even went back to Reagan and possibly further. Heck, FHMA (Fannie Mae) was created by FDR for what purpose? To “repurchase” dead mortgages and “inject money” into the banks so commerce could start over. It was not until the 70’s that Nixon privatized Fannie Mae and created Freddie Mac, so he could go on financing the Vietnam War.

NO ONE I’ve ever heard or seen on the Right has ever accurately described Obama’s actual crimes that would constitute “treason”. Just vague generalities and innuendos. I guess that’s good enough, huh?

I can do a better job of outlining Obama’s crimes — and I even sort of approved of Obama’s election, just on the basis that he’s not Bush, most of his cabinet did not *in writing* pre-plan for 9-11 and state that a major terrorist attack on America was necessary and mandatory for their plans, and because it was good to have a black President, even if he’s just a shill for the rich.

Actually, because I’m sick of living in an Oligarchy that grows more naked and greedy every day, I proudly voted for the Socialist Workers Party at WSWS.com, which is genuinely Marxist. The Right, as usual, thinks Obama is Marxist and they are utter idiots. No, they are actively propagandized and fooled by the media, and by their own ignorance. The game is complicated, at least as complicated as Football, and few on any side of the political spectrum, but especially on the Right, have a clue about the game, the rules, the players, or the history.

Clue One: It’s about MONEY first and foremost.
Clue Two: The figurehead leaders are NOT who holds the power. They serve. They serve the people with the money.

    ——

Another blithering idiot. See previous comments.

Numerous photos exist of Bush KISSING ON THE MOUTH the King of Saudi Arabia, and walking holding hands at his fake ranch in Crawford. This after we were told that 15 terrorists from Saudi Arabia allegedly flew airplanes into several buildings, crappy amateur pilots who successfully evaded the $12 Trillion Cold War security architecture of NORAD and FAA and the entire US Air Force, to strike terror in America. This was the “catalyzing event” that several Neocons previously described as absolutely necessary and “lucky” — literally — they were “hoping” for just such an attack, while some were working as Pentagon advisors.

But that’s just cultural courtesy for Bush to be kissing King Abdullah. That’s how they do it with close friends. (I could not tell from the photo if there was any tongueing or crotch-grabbing.)

The real crime of that whole thing is NOT the smooching.

The real crime of that whole thing is that when AMERICANS, ordinary American citizens whose relatives died in NY on 9-11, filed a lawsuit against the government of Saudi Arabia for possible involvement in financing terror, the case was shut down and dismissed by a judge, as the defense requested.

It was NOT dismissed on FACTS. It was not dismissed “with prejudice”. No, it was dismissed on “diplomatic immunity”, in other words, on a personal FAVOR to the Saudi monarchs and their large extended family, which permanently immunized them from being sued by Americans — more importantly, it immunized them from legal demands for DISCOVERY, that is for DOCUMENTS and PAPER TRAILS.

Of course the big extended BinLaden family is like cousins of the big extended Saud family, and Binladen construction is a major builder in SA, not only for joint Saudi-US-Western oil companies, but they also get contracts from the US military to build bases. Binladen is like the “Halliburton” of Saudi Arabia.

(Saudi Arabia as a “nation-state” was itself created out of “Arabia” territory in the 1900s, by guess who? By precursors of the CIA from Wall Street, esp Allen Dulles, who financed and armed the most extremist Wahabbi gang, King Ibn Saud. They immediately set up the joint venture Aramco, the Arab-American oil company, which was aligned with both Wall Street and Hitler.)

And who was this defense attorney for the Saudis and Binladens? CNN and MSNBC reported very very very quietly online, that the law firm was “the prestigious Houston-based Baker-Botts Law firm”. Prestigious? How presitious? Houston-based? Got a clue yet?

OK, here’s the answer to the riddle. The lawyer was so prestigious he argued before the Supreme Court to end the vote counting in Florida and apppoint Bush as President in 2000, and won approval from the majority of the “Justices”, who claimed it was a one-off decision, never to set a precedent. The lawyer was so prestigious he was a former Secretary of State. He has been the family and business attorney for the Bush’s going back to the 50s, and helped set up Zapata Petroleum and Zapata Offshore, which was 40 miles off the coast of Cuba (dig, a CIA front). (All records in the National Archives were destroyed by Bush Jr. “to free up space”.)

Yes the Guardian Angel to the Saudis and Binladen is James A. Baker III. Angry yet? Does anyone wonder why we can’t seem to find Osama anywhere?

    #433
  27. Almost forgot to mention:

Members of the Binladen family were also not only big investors in the Carlyle Group, but at least one brother Shafiq bin Laden sat on the Board of Directors. That’s why he was present at the big board meeting of the Carlyle Group at a big hotel on September 11, 2001.

Who else is on the board?

    George Soros.
Mack McLarty, Carlyle Group Senior Advisor (from 2003), White House Chief of Staff to President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 1994.

    Frank Carlucci, former CIA director.

George Bush Sr., former CIA director.

Oh lookee, James A. Baker III as well (see above).

The firm has employed political figures and notable investors. Some of these figures include former US President George H. W. Bush, former British Prime Minister John Major and former US Secretary of State James A. Baker III along with George Soros.

In his documentary The World According to Bush (May 2004), William Karel interviewed Frank Carlucci to discuss the presence of Shafiq bin Laden, Osama bin Laden’s *estranged brother, at Carlyle’s annual investor conference while the September 11 attacks were occurring

    * other websites reported that it was unlikely that Osama Bin Laden was seriously “estranged” from his family, seeing as he appeared in wedding photos after the alleged “estrangement”.

We COULD check the records. Oops, no we can’t. James A. Baker III blocked access to Americans.
