Perry Stone Feasting On Fresh Manna Fest or Manifestly a Fraud
What gives you the right Perry Stone to use the Holy Bible and the words of God as an implement to bludgeon President Obama brains in? Do you believe that when the words written in the book of Nehemiah were penned they were referring to the loan Washington gave to prevent General Motors from going out of business? Do you believe they were referring to a future president of the United States whom you imply has made people feel more oppressed than you can remember? Do you believe god will bring judgment down on this country you love because of president Obama?
These are political opinions you harbor, and you now sacrilegiously use the sacred scriptures to validate them. Do you think god has little concern for the Christians who live in Detroit? Are not the born again Christians on the GM assembly line thanking the Lord for securing their jobs? Do you think they feel oppressed by Obama or by capitalists who have sent manufacturing jobs overseas where slave like wages are still in vogue?
I watch your Manna Fest show and I heard you preach all these things at a camp meeting you attended. You said that god told you to say these things, but I could say that god prompted me to write this article with the same authority that you make that claim.
You mentioned that Obama said this was not a Christian nation; will you use the words of god to condemn him for saying that? Sure, the country is predominately occupied by Christians, but all peoples are welcome here and people who are Jewish are as American as you are and they would be offended by your claiming this country for Christ. This country was founded on the principle of people being free to practice their religion regardless of what that religion might be, but you apparently don’t like the idea.
You lose your credibility as a teacher of the Word when you go political like this. I watch Manna Fest because I believed you to be an ordained preacher of god’s word and that what you said could be taken with authority. Now you’ve blown it. You make things up and intersperse your political beliefs with your teachings on the scriptures. Now we don’t know what to take as the word of god or the word of Perry Stone.
I take it there is no authority on earth to correct you when you’re out of line and abusing your right to take the pulpit. It’s really too bad because people believe everything you say and they are occasionally being misled.
Try to keep your preaching focused on the bible dude, stick to the subject matter because your politics is faulty and divisive.
My dear sir do you speak with the “Authority” of a child of the Lord God or just a prized creation called “Mankind”? I hear your anger loud and clear…but there is something lacking in your boasting. LOVE! Let the Lord take care of Pastor Perry Stone if he is in error. Woe to you dear sir if Pastor Stone is correct in what he “dare” to share. Even if… say he is wrong is it not fair for the Lord to reveal this and not an angry man who accuses and yet uses the name of the Lord and does not give the Lord His do and definitely has no PRAISE for God nor man. The God of the universe is not the same “god” of this world that you talk so much about. Has anyone lately humbly whispered the words s’agapo to you lately. Before you answer…I just did!

I am appalled that Perry Stone has treated President Obama this way and I feel that Mike Hammer has handled this very professional and lovingly. He did not say that he did not love Perry Stone but we need to pray for them but also bring things to someone’s attention when they go off on a tangent. I have watched Dick Cheney do items that were/are abusive to this country. George Bush prosper while allowing our country go into this phase and the new Sarah Palin that speaks in tongues say some of the most heinous items that provoke hatred among other races to the President.
I am wondering if this would be the same if the President was white.
What if on judgement day-Jesus was black? Would you still believe as you do? I think all of us Christians really need to search our hearts. The bible says we should because there may be harboring items that are contrary to his word.

I appreciate your candor, and frankness and the compassionate way you rebuked our brother.Nothing is going to happen in this world without the permission of our Father in Heaven. It was our Father in heaven that raised up President Obama. The Bible says God raises up kings and deposes them. It also says fear not! Fear not! Fear not! But Our brother is preaching fear and that is not of God.
I was looking for a trip to Israel but when Perry began blasting the Prez i chose to not go with him (Perry Stone). Preach the gospel and stay out of politics–far right preaches the same–sorry Perry you lost a tour buddy.
Is God’s word not true in all matters? If, we are truly believers I think we should hold everything up against the Word. Obama is going to push his agenda, just as believers should try to push Gods agenda. I am a preacher and if God has me to call someone out on something (especially if they claim to be a believer)I’m just pointing out the error screaming repent (no I’m not judging) I’m just telling you the judgment in-which you should already know.
Evil is Evil, God never said just vote for the lesser evil.
Maybe, one day believers will stand up for what is right. Not what is politically correct.
Many men of scripture got ‘involved’ in the political foray, have any of you completely read your Bibles??? If you have, apparently you have not understood it, or you would not write with ignorance of the Word.
To Luci, the Bible says ‘Fear Not’, when the Lord or angels of the Lord do not want the People of God to ‘fear’, as the Lord is our keeper and protector. This ‘preaching fear’ business in the modern church needs to cease. God is a God of Love, but He also has a side that shows JUSTICE, because God is HOLY. I think the modern day church fails to realize this, or it would not act the way it does, or say the things it says. I speak of the church in general.

There will be wars and rumors of wars… these things must be. Alf, Jesus is God and God is a Spirit, not flesh. Therefore He will be of no color or race. Just God Almighty! love the Lord God with all your heart, all your strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. God is soveirn over everything anyway. He makes vessels for honorable purpose and some for dishonor. Obey the laws of the land. we all have freedom of speech. Get over yourselves and your opinions and Get God!
I love listening and learning from Perry Stone’s teaching, I have NEVER heard him do anything but teach from the word of GOD…he is brilliant with understanding Jewish history.He makes learnig the history of Christianity fun and interesting…..Keep up your teachings Perry and I pray for God to open the eyes of these people who have come against you……GOD BLESS your ministry…..sherry
FYI…Perry Stone’s Knowledge and wisdom I believe, sometimes far surpasses many Bible Scholars and is so deep that a thirty minute
program is not enough time to really obsorbe all the nuggets thrown
out for us to digest! If people would really dig into the Word of God
themselves they or we could follow him better. Can I hear an Amen?

What a let down hearing Pastor Stone suggest Pres. Obama is the anti-Christ.
I was so in awe with his views and interpretations pertaining to Bible prophesy. All the time I spent watching his programs went down the drain! People can be deceived so easily. I better pray for gift of discernment.
What about when Perry Stone said that Sarah Palin is our Esther! He lost me after that and bashing President Obama what a crock! Christians condemning other christians the heathen dont even do this.
The lack of true Biblical Scholarship is appalling in many of the comments here. It would server one well to read the Bible: To and end it would server others better if one studied it!!
What I find more disturbing than the lack of biblical authority in these comments,is the fact that people claim our “beloved” President is this awe inspiring,charasmatic second coming sometimes.I do not get it,and this is not personal opinion,or political rhetoric.This is a firm belief in what we are supposed to be as a nation,not what we have become.In many peoples eyes the word christian has become clouded in negative connotation. My question to you, Brother Perry, is where was the discernment about George W. Bush (who is clearly NOT a Christian, and never was) but was packaged and sold to church members as “God’s anointed for the presidency?” Sarah Palin as today’s Esther? FAR FROM IT! Let’s first talk about President Obama. He is professing his faith based on WHAT HE HAS BEEN TAUGHT over the years. God revealed this to me and told me to PRAY FOR HIM to receive the TRUTHFUL REVELATION of JESUS AS LORD & SAVIOR. You should KNOW THIS, BROTHER STONE, that when you have only been taught FALSE DOCTRINE (Obama is not alone in this area; see Saul’s conversion in the Acts, Chapter 9) THAT IS ALL you will operate in. What about all those so-called “Christian Senators and House Reps,” that openly said that they would not work with our president; their only goal was to “bring down his presidency.” Where is the Christlike character in that? And what about Sen. Tom Colburn (OK) admitting, on the House Floor before the Health Care Vote, that he was hoping and praying for “a miracle” to stop the bill from passing. He and other politicians were “PRAYING” for the late Sen. Byrd of WV, not to make the vote in order to keep the bill from passing. Byrd made it to the vote in a wheelchair, but died a couple of months later, shortly after Sen. Kennedy, I believe. Doesn’t God call this type of “praying” WITCHCRAFT? ISN’T WITCHCRAFT A SIN? And finally, PLEASE STOP comparing Sarah Palin to Queen Esther, because she IS NOT even CLOSE! Would Esther usurp the authority of her husband? Or tell lies about things? Queen Esther turned down an offer from her husband, King Ahaserus, to own and operate half of his kingdom but lovingly and graciously refused. Sarah Palin, by comparison, chases money, fame, attention, TV time, book deals (scripted lies; I read them so I know), has a child out of wedlock & daughter does the same, and on her reality show, lets her YOUNGEST DAUGHTER walk down the staircase of their home in tight-fitting “micro-jean cutoff shorts,” BARELY covering herself! What kind of “caring parents” would allow their children to dress like that in public, much less national TV! And so what if Palin speaks in tongues! The CHANGE comes from the INSIDE OUT, because the Holy Bible SAYS SO. It does not say that you will know them by their “declaration (of being a Christian)” or by their “speaking in tongues.” Jesus said that you will know a tree by IT’S FRUIT. Her ways are neither godly or Christlike. We need to pray for ALL parties discussed so that they all will truly be saved.
I agree with what your saying here. I would prefer people to cease reciting biblical verse to express political opinion. Brother Stone has been guilty of this and it potentially leads his listenerers to confuse politics with secular opinion.
In view of Perry Stone; I don’t cast stones or find the error you state. “If” OBAMA is a “Christian” ~ you would see it in the Fruits he bears. . .sadly he does not. GOD stated ~ that ISRAEL belongs to the JEWS not the PALESTINIANS. Now taking that fact of GOD’s Word. Why would a SO called Christian render THAT LAND TO THE PALESTINIANS? Every Christian knows that Land belongs to the JEWS. Obama in his name and thru his actions is a MUSLIM not a Christian and has lied to this nation. Obama is NOT GOD to render this land to the Palestinians and when he pushes such an arrangement, the U.S. will feel GOD’S wrath. Similar to when Bush agreed to push the JEWS out of the GAZA strip, and IMMEDIATELY AFTER 3 DAYS KATRINA hit Louisiana. Too many people failed to see and decided to limit GOD’S Capabilities here. Mike, I will render the belief that your a man of fact. . .I challenge you to see the proof of what I have stated to you as fact not fiction without throwing stones to demonize your pending readers.
So if Perry Stone calls Obama on the carpet for being a Muslim and not a Christian ~ I find no fault for stating the truth for the truth, fact for a fact. In turn, what is happening in the U.S. and abroad is in the good Book which VALIDATES GOD’S Word as FACT NOT FICTION. Here Mike, three more FACTS for you to personally look at is NOAH’S ARK on Mt Arrarat in TURKEY, the dead Roman soldiers and horse carcasses in the DEAD SEA, and last but not the least RFID(Radio Freq. Identification) listed in Revelation 13 (where you cannot buy nor sell without it). All three are FACTUAL, Physical evidence that you cannot demonize anyone over. What will happen Mike is unavoidable. Pray that all parties including Obama gets their houses in order prior to Christ’s return.
I appreciate this message Kelly. I watch world events in the same light that you do. If Perry Stone points out anti-Christian behavior on Obama’s part that’s one thing, if he uses the word of god to disagree with Obama on issues unrelated to biblical teachings than he is out of line. That is my only issue with Perry Stone. Stop misusing the word of god to defend personal opinions.
what a bunch of washposh. but,, to be expected, the rumors must come before thr real thing happens.. but no man knows the hour,, so, let work on saving folks, helping them get delivered, feeding the poor, taking care of the sick and visiting our many, but many jails.. cause i want the Lord to dinf me working, not trying to figure it all out.
