Romney At CPAC Cut My Taxes I Need More Money

By Mike Hammer (alias the peasant)

RomneyWell seeing as the Republicans are going to retake control of Congress this year, I was curious as what they are planning to do once they regain power. They are doing a lot of mouthing off at the CPAC 2010 conference, and it is astounding to me that for all the pre-celebrating they’re doing they still don’t have any plan to resolve to great recession that they brought down on us.

Fool that I am, I thought to get elected you actually had to have some ideas on how to get out of this mess. YOU DONT!! Just hating Obama and the government is proof enough that you should be a senator.

Anyway, I’m a fiscal conservative. I want to see a balanced budget. Gimme some fiscal conservatism CPAC! What? You don’t have any. Instead you give me this crap from Mitt Romney:

We’ve seen an embarrassing spike in non-defense, discretionary spending…. But I have another pledge I am making to you today. If I am elected President, I will cap non-defense discretionary spending at inflation minus one percent.

Ok, stop right here. Mitt, why is defense spending untouchable? Surely defense spending has spiked? Why can’t we cut wasteful defense spending? Could it be that you have a special warm feeling in your heart for defense contractors? They are powerful money making engines. They are strong industrial powerhouses. Just the kind of businesses you made your fortune off of. They’re free to waste all the government money they want. Isn’t that right Mitt? Isn’t it also true that they employee tons of people? See Mitt, government spending isn’t so bad after all is it?

Democrats in Washington are itching to raise taxes – 2011 is set to be a record breaking tax hike. Not if I’m President. I’ll fight to stop the tax hike. And I’ll fight for a new savings plan for middle class Americans as well – one that will grow the economy and help families at the same time. Under my plan, the amount of tax they will pay on dividends, interest and capital gains will be absolutely zero.

Stop Mitt! Stop!! You’re killing me. Democrats don’t want to hike taxes; they just want you to give back the money you stole. You know damn well that we had to borrow the money to fund the tax cut you gave yourself. Some of it was taken from Social Security receipts. Here is the way it works Mitt. First you cut defense spending then you give yourself a tax cut. Actually Mitt, if spending is ever cut it will only help to reduce the deficit. There will never be another tax cut.

What is this new savings plan for the middle class? You’re not very clear on what it is Mitt? You’re not thinking about scrapping Social Security are you? Sounds like it? The only way zero taxes on dividends, interest and capital gains combined with a savings plan could apply to me is if uncle Mitt took away my Social Security and turned it over to Wall Street to manage. Mitt, you are a devious sneaky bastard.

I was hoping you would pledge to balance the budget but instead you want to zero out your taxes on capital gains, dividends and interest. Doesn’t help me much but does wonder for you Mitt. You could add millions of dollars to your bank account if such measures went into effect. Peasant that I am, I in turn would probably come out of it with a couple of hundred bucks. Gee Mitt, take away my Social Security, give millions of dollars to yourself while you throw a couple of hundred bucks my way. Why should I go along with a plan like that? In fact I’m not gonna. Screw you!

Big tax cuts to the 1% of the population you represent would only spike the deficit higher not balance it. Is this fiscal conservatism? I define it as only spending the amount of money you bring in. You define it as cutting your own taxes and sending me the bill for the difference.

Romney also said that history would judge George Bush kindly (Republicans said the same thing about Nixon), and that “The people of America are looking to conservatives for leadership, and we must not fail them.” Of course they already have but apparently Republicans can say anything even if it is the exact opposite of what really happened.

Romney also said conservatives would strengthen the economy, U.S. security, and the nation’s families, though he acknowledged that not everything on the agenda is popular (i.e. same sex marriage). I know I believe him. Just look around and see how much stronger they have already made the economy. Just because I along with millions of other Americans have been able to find a job for over a year doesn’t mean the economy hasn’t been made stronger. Just because New York City and the Pentagon were blow up doesn’t mean republicans didn’t keep us safe.

And finally from Romney: “The American people have shown that they are ready for truth to trump hope. The truth is that government is not the solution to all our problems.” I agree government is not the sole solution; all I want from government is to protect me from the likes of Mitt Romney.

  1. Yes, I am the offshore promoter that has scammed people in the past and provided client records to the FBI, IRS and Senate Finance Committee. My companies, of Rockford Global Solutions and Equity Development Group were put in place to soley to capture people trying to flee the U.S. tax system. I am sorry for what I have done and those I have hurt.
